News feeds can help keep you up to date on news and information that interests you.

How can I use feeds?

The user subscribes to a news feed and whenever a new item is posted the RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed automatically notifies the user.

There are many different versions of feed reader, these can be both online and offline.

Online news readers allow you to access RSS feed subscriptions from any PC, whereas offline applications let you store them on your main PC.

Once you have a news reader, you will then need to decide what content you wish to receive.

All the News sections within Coutts.com are available as Feeds, via the Orange RSS button .

Clicking on the RSS button allows you subscribe to the feed in various ways, including:

• Copy and pasting the URL of the feed into your news reader
• Dragging the URL of the feed into your news reader

How do I get a news reader?

There are a number of news readers available, both online and offline.
